Lines Company Approval
We lodge your Distributed Generation (DG) application with the local lines company. Approval timing depends on their queue and can take up to 30 working days.
Installation Day
As soon as DG approval is through, we lock in your install date and email confirmation. Our team arrives on the agreed day and completes the build to spec.
Inspection and Compliance
After installation, we issue the COC and provide documentation for inspection. The inspector verifies safety and standards, then issues the ROI.
Meter Change and Go-Live
We submit your import/export meter request to your retailer with all required documents. Retailer processing can take up to 5 weeks, and then your solar goes live.
